Controlled pyrolysis at 550°C–620°C achieving ≥85% fixed carbon followed by double rotary screening.

14-day weathering stabilization and independent SGS ASTM D1762 + UN N.4 self-heating test.
Packaging
Packing into inner PE moisture liners, laminated retail boxes, multi-wall Kraft bags, or woven PP sacks.
Loading
Stuffing 20ft FCL or 40ft HC containers with live video verification and marine surveyor Vanning Certificate.
Shipping
Dispatch of Bill of Lading, EUR.1 / GAFTA / COMESA Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary, MSDS, and SGS COA.
